Return Policy

It is a strict requirement for our Customer to notify Beeline Electronics within 30-days after delivery to commence an RMA request. Customer must complete and return by email the RMA Request Form. Upon receipt of the RMA Request Form, Beeline will review for completeness and correctness. All RMAs must be accompanied with the following:

RMA Request Form duly completed. (Request RMA Form from your account executive)

Detailed failure analysis report or test report.
